Dawn Hill Manor is a residence focused on psycho-social well-being.

While we all experience the ups and downs of everyday life, it can be much more challenging for those with mental health issues. Whether it's adhering to a medication regiment, maintaining social contacts or simply supporting self-esteem and enhancing a purposeful life, the staff and supporting medical staff are there for your loved one.

Dawn Hill operates like a "home away from home" affording our residents the unique opportunity to participate in Holidays, monthly birthday celebrations, barbeques and other events in very much the same way your family would.

We encourage routine visits and participation from family and friends and support an individual's choice to maintain employment, relationships or the independance of driving.

You can choose to stay home or take advantage of Day Programs which are readily available for those who wish to participate.

Dawn Hill Manor has been restored to it's former elegance bringing back the nostalgia and security of yesteryear. Situated on 2 acres in quaint Northport Village, this residential setting is within walking distance of local stores, houses of worship, parks, libraries and the renowned Northport Harbor with its' beautiful marina. Our large patio, brick B-B-Q, gazebo, fish pond, multiple gardens, wildlife and lush expanses of lawn and mature landscaping support the ultimate in peace and serenity.

While the beauty of this 100 year old mansion is remarkable, what sets Dawn Hill Manor apart is its' 40 year history of dedicated support and services to this special needs population.
